Natural Parasite Cleansing

Further to my previous blog, it is time to revisit the critters again.

So how do we go about natural parasite cleansing ? Many people enjoy having pets, dogs, cats and horses etc.  Every spring and Autumn you traditionally worm horses, every three months if you are rigorous you worm your cats and dogs.  As horrible as it may sound, have you thought that you might be able to catch worms yourself?  In bygone years it was normal to take anti parasitic formulations in spring and autumn, but with the wake of our lives becoming more “modernised” these practices have largely died out.

Over the years of modernisation came a depressed immune system which will allow parasites to thrive. Shockingly they are one of the most undiagnosed conditions around.  Most doctors do not recognise them or know what to do with them, most people also don’t even know they have them.  For more information regarding parasites themselves please see my earlier blog that explains ways of identifying symptoms and types of parasites found in humans.  – Who else is enjoying your lunch?

I would like to tell you some of the ways you can address them.  There are tinctures and herbs which have been found to be very helpful. You can make it a regular habit to eat certain foods which can also discourage them.

The most common combination of supplements that are recommended are, Wormwood, Cloves, Black Walnut and Artemisinin. With one whiff of these things will tell you they are pretty strong.  When you consider how unpleasant parasites are then you can understand why it takes something like these herbs to send them packing!

This is what they do.

Black Walnut hulls contain natural chemicals called tannins and quinine.  These compounds give the herb the ability to expel worms, larvae and other parasites.  It is known to kill over a hundred types of parasites, in the developmental and adult stages.  It is used to expel intestinal parasites, worms and yeast.  Black Walnut is also a rich source of iodine and trace minerals.

Great for Natural Parasite Cleansing

Cloves are hugely important.  Parasites lay eggs, often thousands every day.  They like to hide in the folds of the large Intestine.  According to many researchers the eggs are destroyed by taking either clove powder capsules or clove oil which is why it is important to include it as part of your programme.

Natural Parasite Cleansing

Wormwood is a very bitter herb, which can literally drive out parasites and worms as they hate this. It has been known to be a natural vermifuge for centuries.   Wormwood is also highly valued, especially for its tonic effect on the liver, gallbladder and digestive system.

Natural Parasite Cleansing

Artemisinin is extracted from sweet wormwood has been used to treat malaria type parasites for many years.  It is much stronger and there are some pharmaceutical grade products which are truly excellent for natural parasite cleansing.

The combination of the three above is generally the first port of call.  There are many ways to address these critters and too many to put here.  However whilst taking oral nutritional support to remove these parasites let’s not forget the “other end”.

Enema’s For Cleansing Parasites

Enemas have been around for since the biblical times.  They are a safe natural method of clearing the body of parasites so are preferred by many to pharmaceuticals.  Which at times do have their place.

Coffee Enemas can be combined with anti parasitic herbs such as wormwood, cloves and black walnut.  Ensure that a diet free of sugar is done throughout the parasite cleansing time as parasites love sugar.

Bicarbonate of Soda Enemas*

These are great where there is a need to alkalise the body.  Candida is a yeast, and a fungus and can make people feel awful.  This can be a very affective method of removing it from these areas and restoring balance.  Some people will add some extra table salt to make it more effective.

Method: 1 litre of water with 2 table spoons of baking soda. Room temperature. Hold for 2 hours.

Milk and Salt Enemas*

Milk and salt enemas were brought to light by a researcher by the name of Dr Gubarev.  These enemas have proved very useful with “rope worms” which produce a toxic slime and fecal stones.   Again before doing these ensure no sugar has been eaten for at least 48 hours.

Method: 1 litre of whole milk with 2 table spoons of salt. Room temperature. Hold for 2 hours.  A pound of mucus should come out as a result.

Lemon Juice and Eucalyptus Enemas*

Again this was brought to people’s attention by Dr Gubarev the instructions are below

Eucalyptus leaves (30 grams) boiled in water for 15 minutes, then cooled to 42C with added 30-100 drops of eucalyptus oil. Hold for 2 hours. After this juice from 5-6 lemons. Hold for 2 hours.

These protocols* are from Dr Gubarev’s patents:

All enemas are proceeded with a 2 litre cleaning water enema. Each type can be done once in 4 days.   They should be followed by another 2 litre water enema at the end of the day, or the next day. It is suggested that one enema type should be used in 4 days, meaning #1 Milk and salt, followed by cleansing enema then wait 4 days, then #2 Baking soda followed by cleansing enema, wait 4 days etc..

Lastly there are foods which make your body a hostile environment for parasites here are some of them:

Papaya: This fruit is amazing for many intestinal worms.  Their seeds are useful too, a spoonful on an empty stomach once every day,
Ideally crushed or well chewed/blended with other foods.

Horseradish: This vegetable has powerful antibacterial properties called allylisothiocyante.  It works well against intestinal worms.  Due to the strength of taste adding it to stews and soups is a great way to use this.

Garlic: One of the best ways to send them packing.  Put in all your cooking, eat a clove every day, great for your immune system, and parasites hate it especially intestinal parasites.

Bitter Melon:This can either be taken as the vegetable or juiced or in capsule form.   It is great for helping with lowering blood sugars, and assisting with the removal of parasites and candida overgrowth.

That’s not all

Pumpkin Seeds: Dried pumpkin seeds are great eaten in salads, or a handful as a snack or thrown into foods.  This is very effective for natural parasite cleansing.

Natural Parasite CleansingCoconut: All aspects of the coconut are great for eliminating vaccines.  Wonderfully affective against Protozoa, Tapeworms, Guardia Lamblia, Ringworm.

Fennell Seed Tea: Very simply and easy to do drink several cups a day.

Mugwort Tea: Another slightly barky tasting tea that renders the biological terrain of the body to be hospitable to the parasite.

Cayenne Pepper:This wonderful aromatic pepper originally from French Guiana can give an almighty kick to parasites. When eaten regularly is a real deterrent for parasites and is very helpful for eliminating them too.

The cycle of parasites can be 4-6 weeks, but some can remain encysted for months even years.

This is why regularly natural parasite cleansing is important. A cleanse should continue for at least 8 weeks to give you the best chance of a good clearing.
